    Directions

    Step 1

    用腌料腌鸡肉数小时。Season chicken breast with marinade for several hours.

    Step 2

    热锅溶解牛油,放入鸡肉煎至两面转黄,七成熟即可。Heat butter in a preheated saucepan and shallow-fry chicken breast on both sides until lightly golden and about 70% cooked.

    Step 3

    把煎过的鸡胸肉用铝箔纸包扎好放入烤炉以160℃烤15分钟。吃时把鸡肉切片排碟。Remove and wrap with foil then bake in preheated oven at 160℃ for 15 minutes. To serve, cut chicken breast into slices and arrange on a serving platter.

    把牛油果莎沙酱全部混合,然后放在鸡肉周围,沾着吃。Combine all ingredients for the salsa. Spread around the chicken when serving.
